Acute Pulmonary Oedema

You have been asked by your employer (an Australasian ambulance service) to review the current clinical practices relating to Acute Pulmonary Oedema. Your employer would like you to prepare a report for the clinical management committee. They would like you to include the following: A brief and concise review of the pathophysiology A brief and concise review of the current epidemiology Compare and contrast current practices against the current evidence base Compare and contrast current practices against current national and international ambulance practices (including 2 services from Australia or New Zealand and 1 other international ambulance service) Your recommendations for any modifications, changes, clarifications or retainment of current guidelines that may be required.
