Advance Directives

 

Advance directives are directions one gives to anyone involved in their healthcare if they should be deemed unable to make decisions

for themselves. The biggest problems come when the decisions made by the patient is not accepted by someone close to them or involved

with their care.

Can you think of any circumstance where the desire of a patient should not be followed?
