– Time for decoration the venue is not enough
– Need more decoration
Solution : find more the number of volunteer / find more sponsor because we need money to buy more decorations etc

Second Problem : the number of attendees is lower than expectation(expect 100 but attendees came 46 even We sold 81 tickets: 32 online, 37 paper tickets before the event, 12 on the door.)
Solution : need more advertising , create more activities in event to make it more interesting etc

Third Problem : temperature in the venue too clod
Solution : we can’t solve in this time, However, we can complain to venue about this problem etc
