You will need to research and find a substance use assessment or screening tool of your choice and administer it to whoever you would like. Determine which instrument you will use, provide history or background on your tool, what is the purpose of your tool, administer tool on whoever you would like, score it and you will need to interpret the results of the screening or assessment tool that you use and write a one page reaction paper in regards to your thoughts about using this tool and the results (The good, the bad and the ugly… what is your personal view, what was your clients response).
