Discuss the role engineers in influencing commons through technological innovation (refer to 1 ESEM principle) and the larger societal influences that support or combat engineering influence (i.e. how does capitalism influence engineering decision making, who are the stakeholders in capitalism that would support ESEM intervention and who would oppose it).
