1. Describe the organisation, its background, and the industry sector that it operates within. (300 words)

2. With reference to Quality Management literature, theories and models identify and analyse the type of Quality Management tools and techniques used. (1000 words)

3. Using evidence gathered from academic and empirical sources: Analyse application of the tools and techniques identified above and their impact on the performance of the organisation. (500 words).

4. Make recommendations for how the organisation could manage Quality more successfully in future. (200 words).
