Examine “The Consumer Decision Making Process” for
two purchase experiences (one
high involvement, and one low involvement purchase)
you had in the past. You can also
choose your own examples as long as one represents
a “high involvement” (e.g.., an
automobile) and the other a “low involvement” (e.g.
, soda) purchase situation.
Be as specific as you can. Discuss the high involve
ment purchase first, then the low
involvement one. Provide details for each stage and
each factor.
