Project Aim: Since laws related to banking and financial markets and institutions have gone through significant developments and changes in the last 10-15 years, the aim of this project is to study and research the latest developments in the area of banking law pertaining to the topics studied during our course.

Bank regulation – BIS + Basel Committee + Capital Adequacy regulation.
Project Guide:
– Define its legal stand as an entity, its structure, bylaws, members, and how decisions are made.
– Attempt to capture the topic’s most recent set of regulations and standards and discuss their rationale, effectiveness, market perception and legal endorsements.
