You are a new manager at company XYZ and would like your employees to continue with their professional growth. Your employees have been reluctant to attend workshops, take classes, or engage in research. It is your job to influence your employees to be lifelong learners because you believe it will positively impact their work. Write a business memo on the topic of lifelong learning.
