Boeing 787 Dreamliner PRESENTATION .

My part in the presentation is talk about the first 3 slides • Project Definition • Risk Management • Why Outsourcing? I have only 4 minutes to talk about this points and this part from other classmate’s research/ part .So what I need you to do is to write the most important points to talk about because I’m gonna read that in in my presentation. I’m clear about the Objectives, Milestones Vision but what you need to do are the Vision, Technical requirements/issues (Technologies, Regulations) in one paragraph and the Risks management analysis and Outsourcing in the rest of the two pages. What my classmate did is too long and I need to talk about it in 4 mins. I need you summery that in this two pages so I’ll present this two pages. Remember I’m doing just the first 3 slides. I’m not good in presentation most the time I’m reading from the paper so this is way I need to summary the most important points to talk about because I’m gonna read that. For the risks: Project have some risks so one of the most significant strategic decisions Boeing made in the 787 project related to outsourcing.
