Paper instructions:
Below is the assignmnet which is on XY theory management. My personal management style is about 65% theory Y, but i believe a mixture of the two is the best way to manage, be flexible…. please write 4 pages then 1 for annotated bibliography.

You will write a five-page paper discussing your management and leadership styles. This will allow you to see if your management and leadership styles are compatible or are the cause of conflict, confusion, and tension that is affecting your professional aspirations, your firm’s chances of success, and or even possibly the direction of your industry.
To write this paper you will need to retrieve your Theory XY assessment, and your Mintzberg 10 roles considerations. You will then:
1. Remember you already did this! Revisit the Leadership Style Quiz. Go to the University of Kent web site: (http://www.kent.ac.uk/careers/sk/leadership.htm) and take the “How to Find Out Your Leadership Style” quiz (50 questions – 5 minutes) and note your score. Compare it to the chart at the end of the test.
2. Juxtapose your leadership style against your management style you learned about in Week 2 by considering the following questions.
Where did your management and leadership styles originate? Where do your management and leader styles converge? Where do they diverge?
3. Do you think your management and leadership styles converge or diverge from those you oversee and those you report to? Do your management and leadership styles sync with your organization or industry? If not, what steps can you take to rectify the situation?
4. Submit the paper, with your findings/conclusions and an annotated bibliography to your facilitator as instructed.
