The write-ups (1-2 pgs) will analyze the case assigned for that day using the theory also assigned for that day. You are to give me our assessment of the issue using reasoning from the course. I will grade you on your ability to understand and apply the ethical framework.
Please Must use one of those three business theories!:
A. Kant. Pick a precedent or maxim that you are analyzing and test the maxim against ALL THREE categorical imperatives. You can spend time on each categorical imperative.
B. Consequentialism — usually with Stakeholder Theory — spend time on each stakeholder and how each one is harmed or benefited from the act or rule.
C. Rawls — pick the system you are analyzing and remember we analyze the general inequality and not a specific act. You need to use all three concepts we discussed with Rawls: open position, least advantaged, veil of ignorance.
