2) utilize lean canvas model to offer justifiable narrative; any student needs to provide at least 1 justification of solving the problem he/she has identified plus second alternative (doesn’t have to be justified), suggesting 2 solutions and focusing and one to show that one is aware of other alternatives
3) exploiting “outside-the-box alternatives (not the safe ones)”, various ways of exploiting the case study (but also mentioning the ‚save‘/ ‚easy’ alternatives -> unconventional path)
4) Use the Lean Canvas module and all the others frameworks and model seen in class .
5) Try to provide contingency planning, scenario planning.
6) You can also change fixed cost or transform them.
7) Analyze all the Exhibits and find particular problems or challenges (especially exhibit 4).
