Start with reading the “Initial research idea” document that I have attached. Also, I have attached a PDF file containing “Executive summary of the Strategic Plan KSU2030” which has information about the Strategic Plan for King Saud University. You need to read it from the bottom to the top! “Go to the last page and start from there, then backward”. The most important part is to relate the vision, mission and values mentioned in the Strategic plan to the proposal, by giving examples from it.

Can you please start the proposal with introduction about the educate system in Saudi Arabia. It is good to take into account of the following points:
• The high education policies, is there any evolution for the universities performance?
• The universities are founded by the government of Saudi Arabia, and the education is free. How this can affect the universities performance? Is student satisfaction important in the education system?
