Create a fictional company (examples: bank, clothing store, video game outlet, car sales) and create a fully-functional live website that includes server-side scripting that interprets client data, stores it on a MySQL database, and retrieves it on call. Your website must have the following:

5 seperate HTML pages, all linked from a main page (6 total). Fill all pages with appropriate content and navigation – 10 points
A global CSS style sheet that is applied to all pages. Utilize div tags and classes for layout elements – 5 points
Provide a form to submit information and sign up. Include JavaScript validation to ensure form is validated. – 5 points
Provide an MySQL database with at least 3 seperate tables and relationships. A visual representation of your database is required to be submitted (take a screenshot) – 5 points
Include PHP back-end that adds submitted information to the database. This should be called by your form. – 5 points
Provide a registration/signin page that adds a user and their password to the database. – 5 points
Utilize a jQuery “effect” on at least one page (ex: animated slideshow, popup menus). When submitting your project, please highlight which effect this is. You can include external libraries, but must properly comment them.- 5 points
