The research paper should be a comparison between the American and the Italian Constitutions. It must compare articles, amendments, and the Heads of State’s roles in each country along with the two different forms of government. Two of the sources should be two books explicitly required by the professor: “The Politics of Italy”, by James L. Newell; and “Good Italy, bad Italy” by Bill Emmott.
