Conflict Management

I nееd a literature review with the subject of conflict management. It needs to ask/answer 2-3 questions. One of the questions I wanted to ask would be on conflict management and generations. The other 2 are oрen. The majority of the references need to be peer reviewed journals. I have a handful of references/articles/journals I can provide. I also have the rubric.
