Business organizations encounter difficult problems on a regular basis (i.e, problems without readily identifiable
solutions or ones that haven’t yet been adequately framed). Your job is to choose a problem at your worksite (e.g.,
contracting out a service, generating funding for a project, or helping a hospital that’s may be going through
organizational decline, etc.) or an organization of your choosing.
