Conflict Management

1. How to apply the different conflict management styles/ modes ( list & explain CM styles) and what are the disadvantages and advantages of each style? (In combination or single style applications) 2.How to manage conflict as a third party (mediation, arbitration…)? Gents, I need to apply the below : – Academic references ( scholar )3 for each question. – use charts, states, graphics, pic…etc. – different styles / traditional and none-traditional (essay, flowchart, diagrams) if possible. – 10 slides should be enough.
