Then, think about these four important questions and answer in the essay.

Important Questions:
What types of consumption taxes exist?
What are sin taxes?
Why have consumption taxes?
Do individuals change their behavior in response to consumption taxes?
Use power points slides, five articles and three online blogs, answer four important questions in the essay by requirements.

Requirements:
1. An overview of the topic(s) covered: What are the main questions? What are the theoretical predictions?
2. A description of what empirical research is trying to determine. (Are the theoretical predictions ambiguous? Are we trying to find out the magnitude of an effect?)
3. A short review of what research has determined thus far and what we still want to discover. 4. Each paper should be 1.5-spaced, 12-pt font.
