1. Go to a search engine and type in “Create your own will.” Read though several of these Web sites and list the pros and cons of creating your own will.
2. Go to www.estateplanning.com/What-is-Estate-Planning/.
a. Describe some of the key tasks involved in estate planning.
b. Click “Tools.” Enter your ZIP code and see how many estate planners live within 50 miles of your home.
c. Click on “Learn” and then on “Trustee Responsibilities.” Briefly describe the three responsibilities of a trustee.
3. Go to www.nolo.com. Click “Wills, Trusts & Probates” and then “Estate, Gift and Inheritance Taxes.” Review the information provided on estate, gift, and inheritance taxes. What do you think the future of these taxes will be? Why?
