Here are the papers for my classes, each should be 2-4 pages in lenght.

1. Write a short paper on the following theme: “True or False: The Most Important Form of Justice is Corrective Justice.” In writing your paper be sure to give brief and clear descriptions of the three types of justice, and briefly give your reasons why you think corrective justice is or is not most fundamental.
2. Along with the assigned materials, read Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s “Letter From Birmingham Jail” and answer the following question: Do you believe that a just person has a moral obligation to disobey an unjust law?

3. Cases that supposedly involve “victimless crimes” are sometimes today referred to as crimes against “public order”. Look at a famous example of such a case, Barnes v. Glen Theatre. In Barnes v. Glen Theatre, does the US Supreme Court accept or reject Mill’s Harm Principle?
4. Review the symposium on William F. Buckley’s famous article, “The War on Drugs is Lost” Do you agree with William F. Buckley, or disagree? How do classical and modern standards of criminalization apply? What results might occur related to these standards if legalization occurs?

5. Conduct research on the United States Supreme Court and on the highest court in a state of your own choosing. As part of your research, you should visit the official website of the U.S. Supreme Court and the official website of your respective state. Compare and contrast the appointment and confirmation process of prospective United States Supreme Court justices with the process by which prospective justices are seated in your own state’s highest court.

6. Monday Morning: Attorney John Forceful, Esq, managing attorney of a large firm in New Hampshire instructs James Legaleagle, new paralegal, that Legaleagle must conduct research into whether a charity raffle that will be run by a corporate client, that Friday, will run afoul of any laws that may prohibit or place limitations on sweepstakes or raffles. Legaleagle must produce his results in a memo for Forceful by the next morning. * Develop a short paper that explains the steps, research tools, artifacts (judicial reports, digests, legal periodicals, state and federal administrative law, etc) that Legaleagle will utilize to complete his memo by the deadline, including any other considerations to ensure accuracy.

7. Conduct research and identify an article in a scholarly journal or government site that provides information on a research study conducted that relates to your project topic.

8. Locate the Disciplinary Board which regulates the conduct of lawyers. For some links see the American Bar Association. Based upon your research of the Disciplinary Board, find a case where lawyers have been disciplined. Discuss the attorney’s actions, the discipline, and how ethics and justice were involved in the case.

Here are the 8 paper I would like to be complete. The other paper that need to be comlete are research papers, the paper should be broken down into 2 or 3 parts. I have to submit a topic proposal, a paper with the resources and then the research paper. let me know what we can do about it. I have two research paper.

JUS 604: Research Paper Guidelines and Rubric

Overview
The final project for this course is the creation of a Research Paper. The research project for this course should be focused around a justice studies topic that impacts contemporary society. Consider the following interview with Patrick Gallagher, Director of the National Institute of Standards and Technology in choosing your topic. Your research paper should also identify opportunities and challenges in translating the results of your analysis into practice. Select your topic carefully. Please do not choose so broadly or so narrowly that you cannot cover the topic adequately. Your Research Paper is due at the end of Module Ten.
The project is divided in to 4 milestones, which will be submitted at various points throughout the course to scaffold learning and ensure quality final submissions. These milestones will be submitted in Modules One, Four, Six and Ten.

Objectives
To successfully complete this project, you will be expected to apply what you have learned in this course and should include several of the following course objectives:
• Review legal citation and legal construction requirements and guidelines
• Assess how law operates in a system
• Evaluate fact patterns and correlate to specific legal research materials
• Conduct specific legal research exercises
• Explore efficient methods of validating and updating legal research results
• Recognize the process for authoring legal memoranda and other legal writing documents that require legal research
• Review the methods used in describing and interpreting collected data related to legal and justice studies
• Identify major issues in methods of legal and justice studies research and be able to assess its methodology

Main Elements
Develop a paper based upon your topic choice. Your paper should be 12-14 pages (not including cover page or resources). Your paper should be written in accordance with APA style. Formatting guidelines: double spacing, 12-point Times New Roman font, one-inch margins, and citations in APA format. Your paper should contain at least seven credible resources and include the following:

Three resources based upon primary sources of federal and state law (constitutions (federal and state), statutes (federal and state), treaties, administrative rules, regulations, and orders (federal and state), executive orders and proclamations, case law.)
Three resources based upon secondary sources of law (books on your topic, legal encyclopedias, law reviews, articles in legal periodicals, etc.)
One resource based upon a research study in your topic area. (Scholarly journals, legal periodicals, etc). For example, http://nij.gov/ may be a potential resource of information in your topic area.

Format
Milestone One: Review Topic
In 1-3, you will submit a brief description of your topic. The format should be posted in the Discussion Board Forum in Module Two.

Milestone Two: Works Cited List
In 4-2, you will submit a draft of five of the resources that you plan to use for your paper. The format should include five resources from the Research Paper including a brief sentence or two explaining context of each to your topic and the type (primary source, secondary source, research study). Please note you will not include the explanations in the completed draft of your References list in your paper. You will be graded on this draft in the context of the Module Five Discussion Forum.

Milestone Three: Thesis Statement Draft
In 6-3, you will submit your thesis statement. Post a copy of your thesis statement as well as your introduction in the Module 7.1 Discussion Forum.

Milestone Four: Submit Final Research Paper
In 10-2, you will submit your final research paper. It should be a complete, polished artifact containing all of the main elements of the final product. It should reflect the incorporation of feedback gained throughout the course. This milestone will be graded using the Research Paper Rubric.
