Examine the case studies below. Outlining the nature of the problem suggest which articles of the human rights act has/have been violated and if taken to court how the dispute could be resolved.

Case 1:
A group of young men used a shopping centre in Wellingborough as a meeting and ‘hanging out’ point. Th numerous complaints from shoppers and shop owners about the nuisance cause by them sometimes led to police involvement. The local council wrote to the young men telling them they were banned from the shopping centre.
Case 2:
Shabina Begum, a 16-year-old Muslim girl, was sent home from her school in Luton, Bedfordshire, for wearing a full-length ‘jilbab’ rather than the school uniform which the school has introduced following consultation with the local mosques, community leaders and parents. Ms Begum remained out of education for two years before she began to attend another school which allowed her to wear the ‘jilbab’
