Criminology
A major theme in the explanation of crime and criminality the subjective acceptability and objective availability of crime framework. Using this framework–it will be discussed in detail—you are expected to write a paper in which you explain why you believe that you are or are not a criminal. You do not need to provide of “laundry list” of activities that might be considered criminal. Instead, use one or more of the theories we’ve discussed in class to explain how crime is (or is not) something that is both acceptable and available to you. Your paper should be typed using a word processing program that can be opened by Microsoft Word 2007 and should be electronically submitted through blackboard. You should save your paper on your computer or flash drive and then attach a copy using the attach copy button below. I will accept hard copy, but prefer electronic copy. I expect papers to be between 4 and 5 pages in length
