1-Description of topic: (Analyse) the strategic plan (and planning process) of (Queensland University of Technology) and (discuss its strengths and weaknesses). The discussion should culminate with some carefully (rationalised recommendations for improvement).

5- Describe (the background and context) – A detailed outline of (Queensland University of Technology) and the context in which it operates.
6- Explain the plan and the planning process or how it was developed.
7- For (a critical analysis) you will need to reference the literature. You MUST consider the Foucault readings AND some a literature on leadership or change theory.
8- Make recommendations for (improving the planning process) and (the plan in general).
9- You must (adhere to normal academic conventions) when using QUT’s Strategic Plan!
10- Use (quotations and examples) to illustrate the points you are making.
