Critical event analysis

Critical event analysis

The goal of is essay is it to appreciate new understandings of a clinical event or situation or practice observed for both personal and professional growth.
This assignment requires you develop your critical reflective skills further by applying the framework adapted from Johns (2002) below to a clinical event that has occurred while on clinical practice. The event may involve a patient, staff or how you have experienced practice within the clinical context. The event may have been both a challenging and positive experience for you.
You will be expected to explain your understanding of the event through researching the theoretical literature on reflective thinking and also evidenced based literature for any concepts arising from the event. Write under the headings to help construct your critical analysis.
