CRM and Moneyball Film Analysis

Paper instructions:
Prepare a 3-4 page paper that addresses how the concepts outlined in the provided Harvard Business Review and Sloan MIT case studies are demonstrated in the film Moneyball. Papers are to conform to APA style. Points will be deducted for failure to follow APA style. Papers will be evaluated using the following grading rubric.
