Cross-Cultural Research Paper
Based on a specific culture you have selected,(Canada) write a 4-6-page research paper that describes what makes members of that culture unique. Give attention to the same factors you covered in your cultural self-assessment – approach to leadership, followership, negotiation, and communication – as well as other factors you consider relevant. What opportunities or potential hazards would members of that culture present to you if you were in a leadership position over them, or a team-based project with them?
(Note: “Culture” usually refers to someone from a different nationality, but this is not always true. Just make sure the culture you select is substantial enough to have leadership-targeted research about it.)
