To save a copy of a Windows dialog box and save it as a .JPG file:
1. Display the dialog box.
2. Open the Paint accessory.
3. Copy it to the clipboard. PrtScr will copy the entire screen. ALT+PrtScr will copy just the current dialog box.
4. Paste the dialog box into Paint.
5. Use the Save As command to save the file as a .JPG file in a convenient folder.

To use a saved .JPG image in a Word document:
1. Open the Word document.
2. Click where you want the picture inserted. It is easiest to have the picture appear on its own line.
3. Choose Insert, Picture, From File.
4. Navigate to the folder in which your .JPG images are stored.
5. Select the file and choose Insert.
6. It is a good idea to save the Word file after each insertion.
