Digital Transmission

The transmission of digital signals between two or more points in a interactions system is known as Digital Transmission.
The original source information may be in digital form
They could be analog signals that have been converted to digital pulses prior to transmission and converted back to analog signals in the receiver.
The signals can be binary or any other form of discrete-level digital pulses.
With digital transmission systems, a physical facility is required to connect the various points within the system
