Draw the Genogram and Ecomap

 

 

Genogram: The genogram shows family history and patterns of health related information. Develop a genogram of a minimum of 3 generations in one family. The genogram should include:

· Basic family membership and structure

· The relationship between and among family members

· Health-related information

· Age at death (if applicable)

Ecomap: Develop an ecomap of an individual or family of your choice. The ecomap should include:

· The nuclear family/individual

· Demonstrate the relationship with subsystems in the community

You can either hand draw the genogram and Ecomap (please make is legible) or do them in Microsoft Word.
