I finished a teacher training course which is about how to work with parents, colleagues, and other adults in the community. This assignment is to conduct a case study of problems that I have encountered in my daily teaching as an Early Childhood Education teacher in Hong Kong.
The case study needs to consider the following:
1. What kind of problems you have encountered when working with parents or other adults in the community?
2. Use theories to analyze the case or to justify the problem you have found.
3. What are the plans you are going to set up or to implement in order to ameliorate the problems?
