You are required to undertake an evaluation of the process of Personal Development Planning in a Further or Higher Education setting. In conducting this report you should examine the tools available to students for PDP within the institution, how students are currently engaged in this process, what the benefits of the process are to students within the institution and what recommendations you would make to enhance the learning experience for the student population in the future.
It is expected that you will have carried out some independent research and have considered the data collected and give analysis of this data. Any research tool and the results of this should be included as appendices. It is expected that you will include an Executive Summary, Statement of Methodology and reference list and bibliography within the report.
