- Explain the importance of diversity consciousness and why developing it is a continuous process
- Identify and discuss three examples of barriers to effective communication and, include as well, a discussion about the ways in which micro-aggressions impact communication.
- Explain the relationship between diversity consciousness and communication.
- What does “Stepping outside of ourselves” mean? Describe a time when you have done just that.
- In a meritocracy, social and economic inequality is primarily due to discrimination and prejudice. Do you agree or disagree? Please explain.
