The body of this paper is your HCDP– the Educational Intervention:
1 You will design an educational intervention (program/process/etc.) to bridge the gap between actual and ideal human performance in your organization.
2 Be sure to include sub-titles for each section..
3 Use research from the literature to substantiate your design.
4 Provide and Evaluation
5 Provide a Conclusion
Your intervention plan will include a detailed AGENDA (placed as an Appendix item), including implementation time lines, through which you will address the human performance problem.

Consultant’s Summary: You will create a plan that will serve to monitor and measure the effectiveness of your intervention. 10 points
Include a 1-2 page double spaced (you may incorporate bullets and this will not have to adhere to APA) which will serve as the “consultant’s summary” of specific challenges and opportunities that were encountered during the assignment and what the consultant’s expectation is regarding the outcome of the proposed plan and place this as one of the Appendix items, (it does not have to comply with APA, but it does have to be well written and logical, free of grammatical and spelling errors).
