In this master thesis i will try to research and find our a correlation between: employee motivation –> customer satisfaction — > restaurant performance (Yield) in a restaurants complex in Albania Some of the research questions may be: factors that drive employee motivation (intrinsic- extrinsic) – tools to motivate restaurant employees – obsacles managers face while trying to increase employees motivation
