What about the specific positive emotion practice(s) that you experienced was specifically easy, difficult, or confusing?
What were the specific characteristics, instructions, factors, etc that made this practice(s) effective (or not effective) in your experience?
What are the 1-2 most important things would you want to tell someone about the use of positive emotion practices for reducing or preventing stress that would help them use these practices effectively?

Describe the specific activity or activities for increasing positive emotion that you selected to practice throughout this week. Include in your description: a) what practice(s) you worked with, b) how and when you engaged in activities for increasing positive emotion everyday, c) and what happened during and as a result of working with these practices (even if it was not what you expected or what you think you are “supposed” to have experienced!!
