Will the new campus carry law (SB 11) make Texas college campuses safer?

Remember, take a stand (thesis statement), then use the 2 topic sentences to introduce paragraphs that support your stand/thesis. Below are a

Yes:

Concealed handguns allow liscened adults to defend themselves.
Concealed handguns allow liscended adults to protect others.
Liscensed adults can already carry handguns almost everywhere else.
No:

Accidental shootings and suicides could increase if more guns are on college campuses.
Gun presence changes the atmosphere of college campuses.
School shootings are rare, so there is not much need for defense or protection.
