For myriad valid reasons, collaboration is an inescapable reality — both academically and professionally. Nonetheless, people often engage in team work with mixed emotions. The key is learning how to work effectively within a group as well as manage conflict (or lack of timely, quality participation). On this d-board, in a response of at least 250 words:
