Disorders effecting the respiratory system can be roughly grouped in to 2 categories:
Obstructive- something is obstructing the airway and making it difficult to get air through (think about which phase of the respiratory cycle is most likely to be impacted here, which muscles are involved?)
Restrictive-damage to the lung tissue itself, which makes it difficult to expand the lung. It will also be less elastic
