Reflect on your experience of working collaboratively on the development of the group project seminar via long distance/online learning (group assignment uploaded). Demonstrating a theoretical understanding of team development and group learning process. This essay is focus on own experience/own role + theoretical understanding of team development and group learning process and how this reflection help for future group study improvement. Not too much about other group members’ experience.
Your exploration must at least include discussion about the following:
• The team roles adopted by you and others within your group
• How each participant’s input was treated within the group (include your own experience) and how divergent opinions were handled
• The process of communicating through electronic and social media pathways – particularly the actions and strategies adopted to overcome problems and achieve tasks
• Whether the team interactions changed during the process
• How your experience/reflection help to prepare better future group work?

Learning outcomes: Identify the contextual factors and personal and group behaviours that influence the effectiveness of collaborative practice.

1. Demonstrates theoretical understanding of leadership, reflection and group learning processes.

– Used these theories in a sophisticated manner to underpin the reflection and discussion on experiences

2. Demonstrates ability to reflect on own role within group, personal strengths and weakness and impact on the group
– Reflected on the complexity of your own role within the group, including strengths and weaknesses and the impact this had on the group process, in an insightful manner
– Linked this reflection very well to appropriate theory and extensive literature from scholarly sources beyond the unit resources

3. Explained group strategies and learning outcomes from the group process
– Explained group strategies and learning outcomes well, to demonstrate deep understanding and insight

5. Finding and using high level evidence (via Cochrane Library, Clinical Evidence, Evidence based journals and Turning research into practice (TRIP) database etc) and use extensive quality scholarly sources appropriately, mention articles superficially will not earn marks.
