women, Evelyn Hooker. Evelyn Hooker focused her work on the mental health of homosexual people.

5) How did this person overcome traditional stereotypes in order to make important contributions
to the field?
6) What barriers did this person experience when it comes to career goals?
7) If applicable: What factors led this person’s lack of recognition within psychology?
Please use the selected individual’s website (if available), Psychinfo, and PsychArticles. And then
library books. No Wikipedia or other websites.
Your paper must be typed, double spaced, and 7 pages in length. The title page and references do not
count in the page length. You must follow APA style, however, an abstract is not necessary. Be sure to
