Write a short paper consisting of 1-2 pages in length explaining why monitoring and notification of suspected behavior and/or a suspected activity is an important part of the assessment process discussed in class. Describe why monitoring for a threat is important, and how exactly the assessment process works (from a theoretical standpoint).
