GENDER AND CRIME

GENDER AND CRIME

Each student will prepare a research paper that will systematically review and critique a major theory of crime causation. The audience for your paper is researchers seeking to do work on that theory.
Every paper should accomplish 3 goals. First, it should describe the historical and intellectual background of a theory, and then clearly it describes its casual arguments. Second, it should describe the empirical research that has sought to test those casual arguments. Third, it should discuss the important issues to be addressed in future research.
