PROJECT BRIEF / OBJECTIVES

Critically compare the 3D coordinates of a survey point using both post-processed

Differential (D)GNSS relative to national CORS infrastructure and Precise Point

Positioning (PPP) techniques. Your final coordinates from both techniques should be

quoted in ITM.

Trimble Buisness Centre (TBC) or Topcon Magnet (Magnet Tools) software can be

used to compute the DGNSS solution. Any one of the free online PPP services

(Trimble RTX, AUSPOS, CSRS-PPP, …) can be used to determine the PPP solution.

COMPLETION GUIDELINES

Assessment will be based on an individual report submission with a maximum word

count of 5,000 words of core content. The content should include a workflow diagram

of the processes involved in each processing technique.
