Quality improvement comes in many forms and has many proponents. Deming and Crosby theories are most widely used in quality improvement and in quality management.
What are the major differences between Deming’s theory of profound knowledge and Crosby’s theory for zero defects? Which one is more suited for healthcare? Justify your answer.
