Honor Flight
Let’s get together and watch a movie. Not exactly an action thriller. But, as a starting point for the semester, I think it’s a good Movie. Leadership is about moving people toward a vision,
helping direct their energies toward a common mission. It’s about imagining a model for creating and delivering value in some way — for profit, not-for-profit, business, social enterprise, even
government. And I think these folks get it right on so many levels.
Once you have done the reading and seen the movie, I want you to sit down for a few minutes and use the “business model” canvas to map out the Honor Flight organization’s business model.
You can do it in a word document using a bulleted list for each heading. Or, if you’re feeling visual, feel free to sketch it and upload the jpeg.
