PHASE 4 – IMPLEMENTATION PLAN OF TRAINING PROGRAM
Write a formal chapter on how to implement a training program by researching the topic of implementation of training
programs. In particular, research what needs to be done in order to implement various components of a training program. This
chapter should average approximately 8-10 pages (as a minimum) (not including the Implementation Checklist or references).
All work must be done in accordance to proper APA style and formatting (APA 6th edition).
Include an Implementation Checklist. This should be a list that any trainer or instructor could use a “checklist” to see if
all topics and main points have been covered in this chapter on implementation. It should contain at least 8-10 identified
points to check for when implementing the student’s training program.
