After reading The Road by McCarthy, you have to include in your paper what the book’s position on human nature is, or (to put
it differently) how the work constructs human nature. Remember that there are various encounters and moral dilemmas of the
book’s two main characters that we can use to help us contemplate what McCarthy seems to believe about human nature.

In the paper, you have to also answer if there are in some ways, in which McCarthy’s vision resembles the Christian vision of
a "fallen" humanity whose only hope at rising above its "animal" nature is to believe in some kind of
God- to project something outside ourselves that is better than us, to which we may aspire
