2. Of the competences you have read about this week, which competencies do you think are the ones most needed in the HR team in our SHRM case study, PAC (see case study attached)?

3. Explain how and why “core competencies” is helpful to your knowledge base. Below is the definition of a core competency.
Core competencies are those competencies that are considered unique to the organization and may differ in substance or importance from one organization to the next. (Example: specific information related to the company’s product line)
